Gatti Heads Late Equaliser As Juventus Hold Milan

AC Milan took the lead in the 69th minute when teenage forward Alphadjo Cisse finished expertly from Samuel Chukwueze’s cross.

The 19-year-old controlled the ball, created space and fired low into the far corner to become the youngest Italian scorer for Milan in Serie A and the first player to score against Juventus this season.

Juventus had dominated large spells before the goal but were repeatedly kept out by Mike Maignan, who made three fine saves in the first half to preserve parity.

Gatti rescues point in stoppage time

Juventus pushed for an equaliser and introduced new signing Nick Woltemade, who was on the pitch for 14 minutes and helped win the free-kick that led to the leveller.

In the 92nd minute, Teun Koopmeiners whipped a cross from the left and defender Federico Gatti rose highest to power a header past Maignan for a 1-1 draw. The goal denied Milan boss Ruben Amorim a third consecutive league win to start his tenure.

Both teams remain unbeaten after three games. Juventus sit fifth in the table, Milan fourth.
