Fenerbahce have completed the signing of Nathan Aké from Manchester City, with the Turkish club paying around £7m upfront and the remainder dependent on add-ons. The move ends a six-year stay at the Etihad for the Netherlands international.
A trophy-laden spell comes to an end
Aké won four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, two League Cups and the Champions League during his time under Pep Guardiola, but had entered the final year of his contract and struggled for regular minutes, making just 17 starts across all competitions last season, only six of them in the Premier League.
